HJT, as an emerging photovoltaic cell technology, has gradually been applied in mass production in recent years, and the industry's research on its performance evaluation and test methods is not sufficient yet, leading to discrepancies in testing standards among various testing institutions. On July 15, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially ended the public solicitation of comments on the Specifications for Photovoltaic Products Manufacturing Industry (Version 2024) and Regulations on Photovoltaic Products Manufacturing Industry Specification Announcement Management   (Version 2024)" (draft for solicitation of comments). The government gave a hand timely to promote the optimization and upgrading of the whole industrial chain.   In the process of promoting the development of high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) cell technology as one of   the typical new productive forces, the government has taken a variety of specific and powerful actions   to facilitate its commercialization process and enhance its market competitiveness.
