The First Day of SNEC Shanghai 2024 | Mingyang Photovoltaic Attracts the Industry and Three New Products Officially Unveiled

The 17th SNEC (2024) International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy   (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition was officially opened in Shanghai on June 13, where many industrial giants were present, and a wide range of products and modules in photovoltaic applications were exhibited, including photovoltaic production equipment, materials, photovoltaic cells, photovoltaic products and modules, as well as photovoltaic works and systems, energy storage, and mobile energy equipment, covering all links of the photovoltaic industry chain, and is the most professional photovoltaic products exhibition in the world. Mingyang Photovoltaic was invited to participate in the exhibition and display products at the booth numbered: 6.2H-D780.

Three new major photovoltaic product sets "Blue Dragon", "White Tiger", and "Tortoise" made their debut at Mingyang Photovoltaic exhibition booth, fueling the further development of photovoltaic industry.

For projects based in deserts with strong sunlight, large temperature difference, high temperature and strong wind and sandstorm, Mingyang launched White Tiger G12 high-efficiency HJT cell modules and intelligent solutions. These modules   integrate 210 silicon wafer plus the latest 0BB, silver-coated copper pastes and ultra-thin packaging technology, presenting a power up to 750W, a conversion efficiency up to 24.14%, a temperature coefficient as low as -0.255%/℃, and a bifacial rate up to 90%, featuring large-size layout, high power, high reliability, and low temperature attenuation at low BOS cost, and are applicable to the construction of large-scale ground photovoltaic power station in deserts.

Named after "White Tiger", these modules make constant breakthrough to the product boundaries and contribute to the new technologies of future in the photovoltaic industry. G12 cell modules, developed with huge power like leaping tiger, are designed mainly for large-scale power station projects, and related to the photovoltaic power stations constructed on the ground, based on the inherent resources and environmental features in deserts.

Tortoise offshore photovoltaic modules are designed specially and developed with new-type composite frame material, which has excellent mechanical properties resistant to corrosion, sea wind and wave impact. Double-glass design plus side seals of butyl rubber ensures good water resistance. These modules are designed with border-less hydrophilic glass, free of accumulation of water and dust, easy to clean, sturdy and durable, suitable for the offshore environments, resistant to erosion by sea wind and corrosion by salt spray, operating stably even in the complicated and changing offshore environments, perfectly meeting the demands of offshore station construction.

Named after "Tortoise", these modules convey the firm commitment of Mingyang Photovoltaic to product quality and environmental protection concept. In the future, there will be more development opportunities in offshore photovoltaic applications, and so Mingyang Photovoltaic will continue exploring offshore photovoltaic + multiple application scenarios, and offshore ranching, seawater desalination, hydrogen production and other energy or comprehensive resource utilization and integrated development, to achieve comprehensive utilization of marine resources, and further play a positive role in serving for the national marine ecological environment protection, resource   development, and marine economy.
